Update from ZOOM - We are still in the process of deploying a fix across our cloud. Meeting and webinar service has been restored for the majority of users. We are continuing to roll out a fix for the remaining users still impacted. Users are also unable to sign up for paid accounts, upgrade, or manage their service on the Zoom website.

URGENT NOTICE FOR ALL VESD FAMILIES - Zoom is currently experiencing a nation-wide outage with users unable to start or join meetings. Zoom has identified the cause of the issue and is working on a solution; however, there is no timetable for reinstatement of service. 

In the meantime, please look for direct communication from your child's teacher via direct messaging (i.e. class dojo, remind, seesaw, etc.) with information on today's instruction and assignments. 

We expect to receive quite a few phone calls at our school sites and district office about this issue, so we politely ask to hold off on reaching out via phone if at all possible. We will continue to post updates on this thread and via robocall.
