•   Annual CMS Creditable Coverage Notice for 2019  - if you or your dependents are eligible for Medicare Part D please read this notice.
New Retirees - will be transferred to retiree group the first of the month after the month in which you retire.  You will            receive new medical and dental insurance ID cards reflecting the group change.  

•   Medical / Dental ID Cards - contact health insurance providers directly if you have not received ID cards.  VSP Does not           issue ID cards.
•   Register online with insurance providers (or download the mobile phone application) to view plan details,  claims, look           up in network doctors and print ID Cards

•  Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Aetna offers an employee assistance program (EAP) for anyone who is enrolled in a district medical plan with Aetna or Kaiser.  An EAP is designed to assist employees by providing resources such as counseling services, legal services, financial services and a variety of other work life resources.  This is a free and confidential service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Adding a Dependent?
Changes that involve adding dependents due to marriage, birth, or adoption of a child, must be reported within 30 days of the event. A marriage or birth certificate is required when adding a dependent to the insurance.
