Victor Elementary School District offers health and welfare benefits to all eligible employees. Our goal is to provide resources to keep you informed so that you may utilize the plan benefits to their fullest potential.

•  Medical Plans for Classified, Management, Psychologists, Montessori and Confidential employees are provided through California Schools Employee Benefits Association (CSEBA). View plan offerings and benefit summaries below.

• 2024/2025 Part Time Classified Employee Insurance Costs
Cost information is provided for Part Time Classified Employees who wish to purchase medical insurance.  The cost to enroll is prorated, based on your position hours. In addition to the plans in the tabs below the Blue Shield HMO 12 (Trio ACO) Minimum Value Plan is also available. 

•  *NEW* CSEBA Wellness Program Limeade   
The current wellness vendor (Go365) will be replaced by Limeade effective July 1, 2024.  Remember to cash out your Go365 "bucks" prior to June 30, 2024 and check your email for more information regarding Limeade.

•  Qualifying Life Events
A qualifying life event for health insurance is a change in life circumstances that makes a person eligible to enroll in or make changes to their health insurance coverage outside of the annual Open Enrollment Period.  You have 30 days from your qualifying event date to make changes to your insurance and submit proof of the event.  Examples include marriage, birth of a child, adoption, divorce etc...

The Go365 wellness platform will be replaced with a new platform called Limeade effective July 1, 2024.  Please remember to cash out any of your "Go365 bucks" prior to June 30, 2024 and be on the look out for information regarding the new wellness platform to be sent to your work email.



Adding a Dependent?
Changes that involve adding dependents due to marriage, birth, or adoption of a child, must be reported within 30 days of the event. A marriage or birth certificate is required when adding a dependent to the insurance.
