Victor Elementary School District offers health and welfare benefits to all eligible employees. Our goal is to provide resources to keep you informed so that you may utilize the plan benefits to their fullest potential.
Medical Plans for VETA Bargaining Unit Members are provided through Self-Insured Schools of California (SISC). Plan options include Blue Shield PPO, Blue Shield HMO and Kaiser HMO. The plan effective dates are October 1st through September 30th. Benefit Summaries are available in the tabs below.
Reminders and Helpful Information:
The benefits package for VETA Bargaining Unit Members is fully paid by the district and includes medical, dental and vision insurance for the employee and eligible dependents, plus basic Life and AD&D insurance coverage for the employee.
** The Employee Benefits Open Enrollment Period was held 4/29/24 - 5/17/24 **
- Changes made to medical plans during our last Open Enrollment will go into effect on October 1st
- Changes to dental, vision, or voluntary supplemental insurance plans will go into effect July 1st
